These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GARD SERVICES LTD mobile application (the "App"), developed using Flutter and operated by GARD SERVICES ("we", "our", or "us").

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
  

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our App may offer paid services. All payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to the pricing, billing, and refund policies displayed at the time of transaction.

We do not store credit card information on our servers.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the property of GARD SERVICES LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or use the App in a manner that may cause legal liability or harm to other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GARD SERVICES LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App or its content.

The App may include links or integrations with third-party services such as:

• Stripe for payments
• Firebase for authentication and backend services
• Google Analytics for Firebase for app usage analytics
  
  

We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services. Please refer to their terms for more information.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the “Effective Date” and posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

Full legal responsibility remains with the bodyguard hired for the service.
